HT: Aston Villa 1-2 Crystal Palace
After taking the lead early on, it seemed Palace were destined to go into the break trailing after an Aston Villa comeback.
As Youri Tielemans stepped up to take a penalty to give the hosts the lead, Henderson made a crucial save for Glasner’s side.
They then went one better as youngster Justin Devenny got his first Premier League goal.
HT: Arsenal 1-0 Nott’m Forest
It has been one-way traffic in North London.
Forest are not playing like a side who have ambitions of European football this season.
Nuno Espirito Santo will need a big team talk at The Emirates.

And breathe!
What a first 45 minutes we’ve had.
Villa looked to have restored normal service when Ollie Watkins ran onto a brilliant John McGinn pass and rounded Dean Henderson to cancel out Ismaila Sarr’s opener.
But Villa fluffed a great chance to take the lead when Dean Henderson brilliantly saved Youri Tielemans’ penalty.
Palace raced up the park moments later and sprang Villa’s faulty offside trap for a second time.
Sarr raced clear and picked out Justin Devenny to score a memorable first Premier League goal in only his second start.
Can’t wait for more of this!

Thomas Frank was booked for protesting over the 41st minute red card brandished be referee Chris Kavanagh at Christian Norgaard for his challenge on Jordan Pickford.
The Brentford boss had a point for while Norgaard did catch the England No 1 there was absolutely zero intent to do damage.
VAR Matt Donohue saw the clash which caught Pickford just below the knee differently and then so did Kavanagh on-screen but who in real time had no problems with that was nothing more than an attacker giving his all to get the ball – not the goalkeeper. Mad over-reaction,

One to look out for in the second half – Thomas Partey was ushered down the tunnel five minutes before the end of the first half.
Perhaps a sign that the Ghanaian midfielder is coming on after the break? Jorginho is on a booking which could be playing on Arteta’s mind given Arsenal’s disciplinary record so far this season.
With Bukayo Saka going into the book for a high boot just before the half-time whistle, that is now three yellows for the Gunners, with Jorginho also on the receiving end of Simon Hooper’s card collection.
They need to be careful – the only way Forest are getting back into this one is if the hosts go down to 10 men, and that isn’t outside the realms of possibilities…

Mark Flekken had already made the most saves of any Prem goalkeeper before getting to Goodison Park.
Add a handful more.
Two brilliant early stops, plus some less demanding with Everton producing eight strikes in the first 28 minutes with Thomas Frank’s side struggling to cope.

Forget Storm Bert Brighton hit Bournemouth with a their own hurricane on the south coast.
Just four minutes were on the clock when Albion’s Joao Pedro finished off a slick team goal for all seasons.
Pedro Tapped home after Cherries goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga pushed out Georginio Rutter’s drive.
The hosts should have been level however with Antoine Semenyo, Justin Kluivert and Evanilson all going close.

FORGET Paul Merson, it should be Bukayo Saka grabbing a spot on Strictly Come Dancing.
The Arsenal winger showed off his Samba hips to dance around three Forest defenders before thumping that effort into the top corner.
But my, oh my – what a difference Martin Odegaard makes to this team. He oozes confidence on the ball and energy off it. Everything good has come through him and Forest cannot cope.
However, Arsenal do look slightly vulnerable on the counter. Riccardo Calafiori at left-back may be feeling it a bit having been out since October with a knee injury.
Other than that, Arsenal are comfortably winning, and we haven’t said that in a while.

Ismaila Sarr’s fourth minute opener stunned Villa and left Unai Emery furious at his team’s sloppiness.
Jean-Philippe Mateta beat Villa’s offside trap with a perfectly timed pass and Sarr held off Ian Maatsen to fire home his first Premier League goal for the Eagles.
Villa have continued where they left off before the international break – poorly!

That is as close as we have come to a goal in this one.

The decision was not well received by the home fans.

Nothing Martinez could do to stop him.
It is the perfect start for the visitors at Villa Park.
